Tracking my order
You can track the status of your order online at https://www.trackmyorderstatus.com/tksp/tk/. Within 24–48 hours of your order shipping, you will be able to review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery.
Order processing times
Most orders placed ship within 1–2 business days from the time of placement (excludes holidays).
The charge on your credit card statement will appear as TK Supplements, Inc.

I forgot my password
Go to My Account page and click on “Forgot User Name/Password.”
How do I change my password?
Log into your account online. Once logged in choose “Change Password.” Enter your new password in the required fields and select “Update.” Your password will be updated immediately.
Unsubscribe from the mailing list
We hate to see you go, but if you would like to unsubscribe, simply click on “Unsubscribe” listed at the bottom of any email you receive.
Redeeming promotion codes
Simply enter your promotion code in the text box marked “Promotion Code” in the Shopping Cart during the Checkout process.
Please Note: There may be a minimum merchandise purchase requirement (taxes and shipping are excluded). You may only use one promotion code per order. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be use once expired. These promotions are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases promotions can only be redeemed once per person.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criterion. Your payment will be charged to your credit card account for your order will appear as TK Supplements, Inc.
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Except as otherwise noted, all sales are made by TK Supplements, Inc. and the local sales tax of the delivery destination is also charged.

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 7–10 business days from the order's ship date. Most Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excludes holidays).
Shipping to APO/FPO
When entering an APO or FPO address, please follow this example:
- Name: PO3 Chuck Williams
- Address Line1: Marine Division Sct 1

- ZIP Code: 34049 (Actual ZIP Code)
- City: FPO (APO if APO)
- State: AA or AE
Returns and Exchanges
TK Supplements is committed to your satisfaction. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are serving you. So if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products simply return them within 30 days of purchase. It’s quick and easy.
How to return
If you purchased an item and want to return it for a full refund (less s&h), please call Customer Support at 1– 877–515–9909 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization or “RMA number”. When we receive your returned item(s), we will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs to the original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Received returns are generally processed within 2–3 business days of receipt at the return center.
How to Send Us Your Return
After you have gotten your RMA number from Customer Support, please make sure to include your RMA number or packing slip when you return the package. This RMA number or packing slip will provide us with all the details we need to expedite your return. Just place this form in the box with the item(s) you are returning.

How long does it take to get a refund?
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. We will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s). The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.
